Transformation Without the Hype
Use a StoryBrand-aligned narrative

written by

Clients don’t buy jargon. They buy a believable path from “before” to “after.”
The Three Beats (Client = Hero)
Before (felt reality): Name the struggle in plain words.
After (specific outcome): Describe life on the other side—calendar, pipeline, energy.
Bridge (how it happened): The 3–4 concrete steps you guided.
Example Scaffold
Before: “I woke up already behind. Projects dragged and cash flow swung.”
After: “Now my week has a rhythm. I ship work on time and pipeline is steady.”
Bridge: “We clarified a 90-day plan, simplified offers, added a weekly pipeline block, and used a delivery checklist.”
Make It Trustworthy
Keep numbers modest. “Booked 3 new projects in 30 days” beats vague “10x.”
Quote the client’s language. One concrete change + one felt benefit.
Show the work. Screenshots/mockups checklists (no sensitive data).
Where to Use It
Your Home and Services pages (one short story each)
Sales calls (as a 60-second narrative)
Case study PDFs and portfolio slides
